Early steps to beat Boobs Cancer

Hello. I know it is 3rd Jan, and kids are going to school, hell yeah! And I'm all alone here, since Mama and Adik go to school and Papa goes to work and Bing and Achik go to buy MRSM's stuffs, pfft. But it's okay, I have my nuggets, my blog, magazines, facebook -___-" , Mr TV and I'm chilling up yo! Cant wait for my iPad, long time no see baby! Hope you're doing fine :'D

I read something about boobies in Cleo magazine. There are few EARLY steps to prevent boobies cancer. I repeat, EARLY. Maksudnya, bukan bila dah dapat breast cancer baru terkedek-kedek nak ikut, it means that langkah awal untuk mengelakkan dari kena breast cancer, faham? Good (:

Girls, or should I say ladies, you should concern, oh you must concern about your breast, like any other people that are concern about their health. Tahukah anda bahawa kanser payudara merupakan penyakit membunuh no.2 dalam kalangan perempuan? Tahu tak? Okay sekarang dah tahu, good. But not only women that should be aware of this cancer, their close people should be aware too. Their parents, sisters and brothers, husbands and even friends. Yes, kinda malu-malu kucing kan nak share pasal boob's health, but actually, amatlah digalakkan agar kanser boleh dielakkan. Pandai-pandai lah share, dah matang. Yang mana perlu je. Share, bukan share macam 'your boobs are mine too, so I can touch like they are mine', bukan. Share macam, umm, haa, menjaga, memberi nasihat pasal breast cancer, or how to prevent breast cancer, haa macam tu. So let's see some of the early steps to beat breast cancer :D

1. Cuddle
Cuddle or a nice hug is good for our health. It is shown by several studies that cuddling can stimulate the production of oxytocin (a hormone) that can reduce blood pressure and lower stress hormones. The lower the stress hormones, the lower the immunity to everything, including breast cancer. Well, cuddles macam a cheap way that can beat breast cancer kan. So, haa, hug your friends, parents, brothers and sister to make you feel better :D You will not get stressed easily then.

2. Dance like nobody's watching
Dancing is one of the exercises that you can do. You can maintain your fitness by dancing actually, ha wow ah wow wow. Dancing can reduce the likelihood of insulin resistance which is linked to weight gain hence increase breast cancer risk. Fat cells produce more oestrogen, so relate lah, if banyak exercise, banyak fat lost, oestrogen decreases then risk of getting cancer pun decrease (: But, for Muslims lah kan, takyah lah nak decrease the risk of getting breast cancer sekalipun, sampai pergi clubbing kan, poco-poco kat rumah pun can help. Ajak satu taman poco-poco okay, background song lagu Britney Spears pun boleh :D

3. Minum Teh!
Especially, green tea. Tea can increase the level of antioxidants in blood. And teh ada polyphenols yang boleh reduce the risk of cancer, hence, help ue to improve our chances of survival. So, insyaAllah, panjang umur lah hee.

4. Get to bed early
Don't be a night person. Okay, ni note-to-self jugak :P Yeap, we have to sleep early so that we can get more than six hours of sleep (optimum: eight hours). If we sleep less than six hours, the risk of developing breast cancer will increase due to changes in hormones. Ni orang Japan punya research. So bila dah kata research, haa, boleh jadi betul kan?

5. Laugh as hard as you can, LOL
Laughter is the best medicine. Yes, if you laugh often, you'll live longer since laughter boosts our natural killer cells and antibodies to illness. Positive thinking pun perlu. Boleh buat anda fikir yang anda mempunyai banyak reasons untuk hidup lama dan bahagia :D So, kalau nak gelak banyak-banyak, be surrounded by your truly loved ones, not the people that just stay when you're happy and leave you when you're down. Make jokes with them, and riddles. Susah sangat, watch movie. Adam Sandler, Ben Stiller and Rob Scheinder might help you (:

6. Have a Mediterranean lifestlye
Makanla makanan Mediterranean macam salad, olives, yoghurt, grilled octopus or anything that looks like Medditeranean punya. Olives actually can kill cancer-causing proteins that cause breast cancer. So if makan olive banyak-banyak, ther will be less cancer-causing proteins and less chance to get breast cancer.

7. Expose to sunlight
Expose for 10 minutes je, takyah lah lama-lama sampai dapat sunburn, pastu mula jadi gelap pasttu mula lah cari facial product Garnier ke, Fair and Lovely ke or apa-apa. Exposure to sunlight can boost melatonin levels. So less lah incidence of breast cancer. Ha ni research ni. Make sure you get enough direct sunlight and pagi-pagi punya sunlight, pukul 9am macam tu. Barulah dapat Vitamin D. If yang pukul 1pm, pukul 2pm tu, memang tak lah kan.

8. Be more helpful
Spend your times, a little bit, to help people. Jadi volunteer pun boleh. Tolong lah even sekecik mana pun, tolong perempuan tua intas jalan pun okay. A study by the University of Michigan found that people who are helpful to others were 60 percent less likely to die from any cause over the next five years. So if you want to live longer, be more helpful okay (; You will feel good and others will feel the same way too.

9. Take a long walk
Malas pergi gym? Malas jogging? Jalan pun boleh, for few hours. Jalan pergi class ke, jalan while window shopping ke, ha okay lah tu. Sebab, ada study shows that women who have already been diagnosed with breast cancer, walking for 30 minutes daily can cut the chances of the cancer recurring.

10. Ring-ring your loved ones, especially female best friends
Harvard Medical School Nurses Study had done a research, showing that the more female friends you have, the less likely you are to develop significant health problems. Tak perempuan pun boleh. Janji kawan ramai. This is because you'll feel more supported and this can ensure that there are many people standing by your side (:

11. Get a pet
Tak kisah lah kucing ke, ikan ke, ferret ke (oh! I love!) or buaya or iguana. Owning a pet can help in reducing stress levels and lower the blood pressure. Furry animals can boost longevity for their owners. Pets also can decrease loneliness, encourage laughter and can motivate. So it is true that dogs are men's bestfriend.
